Cancellation policy

1. Overview

We offer both one-time purchase options and subscription plans for our products.

This policy outlines your cancellation rights and obligations under both options.

2. One-Time Purchases

  • Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it if it has not been shipped.

  • How to Cancel: Email purplesmile.info@gmail.com with your order number and “Cancel Request” in the subject line.

  • After Shipment: Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled. However, you may still be eligible for a return under our Return & Refund Policy.

3. Subscription Plans

Our subscription options are designed to provide recurring deliveries at discounted rates.

3.1 Cancellation at Any Time

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.

  • If you choose to cancel immediately, you will be charged a price adjustment fee to match the regular one-time purchase price. This covers the difference between the discounted subscription price and the standard retail price.

  • In the event a subscription is cancelled subsequent to the processing of payment, the subscription shall remain in effect until the conclusion of the current billing period, after which it will be automatically terminated.

4. Failed Payments

If your subscription payment fails:

  • We will retry the payment up to 3 times.

  • If payment cannot be processed, your subscription will be paused until updated billing details are provided.

5. Refunds for Subscription Orders

  • Refunds for delivered subscription orders are not provided unless the product is defective or incorrect, as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Canceling a subscription does not automatically refund previous charges.

6. How to Cancel

To cancel, email purplesmile.info@gmail.com with your full name, order number, and cancellation request.

You may also cancel directly through your customer account (if available).

7. Abuse & Fraud Protection

  • We reserve the right to deny subscription renewals or cancel accounts involved in repeated chargeback claims or misuse of discounts.

  • Filing chargebacks without contacting our support first may result in permanent account termination.
