  • Standard Shipping (Domestic & International): 5–20 business days depending on destination and courier operations.

3. Tracking & Confirmation

  • You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear depending on courier processing.


4. Shipping Rates

  • Standard shipping rates are displayed at checkout and depend on destination and package weight.

  • Free shipping promotions (if offered) will be applied automatically at checkout when conditions are met.


5. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it:

     

    • Check with household members or neighbors.

    • Verify with your local post office or delivery service.

     

  • We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. For further assistance, please contact the carrier directly.

6. Wrong Address Disclaimer

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • If the order has already shipped, we are not responsible for incorrect delivery, and no refunds will be provided.

  • PurpleSmile is not liable for any customs delays or additional fees charged by your local authorities.


8. Delays Outside Our Control

While we aim to deliver within the stated timeframe, shipping delays may occur due to:

  • Logistics network disruptions (e.g., strikes, pandemics)
